Payment
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. This sum will be retained in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation conditions
The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation:

• For bookings cancelled within 21 to 8 days before the due arrival date, customers will be charged 70% of the total amount.
• For bookings cancelled within 7 days before the due arrival date, customers will be charged 90% of the total amount.
• In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the total amount.
• We recommend our guests to take out cancellation insurance.

  Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m.
• Check-out: by 10 a.m.
• Pets: pets are not allowed in our chalet. Please understand the reasons for this policy.
• Please pay in cash, or by bank transfer before arrival. We do not accept credit cards or debit cards.

  Our guests are entitled to a card that allows them free use of all public transport services (trains and buses) in South Tyrol. In addition to free travel, the pass includes other benefits and discounts for various leisure facilities, ski lifts and museums, and allows you to join the weekly "Kron Aktiv" programme of activities.
